Experienced Online Marketing Manager

We are seeking an Online Marketing Manager to work closely with our executive team while we rapidly accelerate our marketing plan to expand our company. Responsibilities:

  • Grow our social network communities.
  • Create, execute and optimize our customer acquisition marketing plan which includes magnetic social media campaigns, blogs, affiliate marketing, exciting online contests, such as the Ultimate Typing Championship (www.ultimatetypingchampionship.com), email marketing and more. 
  •  Create strategies to increase web traffic, build customer acquisition targets and forecasts for multiple online channels.
  •  Manage existing programs already in place to deliver qualified leads - on time, and on budget.
  • Conduct related research and monitor analytics related to marketing campaigns, extract insights and communicate findings.
  • Manage product collateral materials and develop graphic design materials for trade show presence.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience and accomplishments in marketing -- you are confident in your own abilities and understand the industry. 
  • Experience working closely with others on large projects -- you excel within a team atmosphere.
  • Experience in (and an undying passion for) direct marketing, segmentation, testing and measurement techniques, as well as strong analytical and creative skills.
  • An expert in display advertising, content management, social media and email marketing - you have had success and hands-on experience with all of these channels.
  •  Superior project management skills, ability to prioritize shifting demands and meet deadlines. 
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to engage at multiple levels of the organization.

Experience:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics or relevant discipline*
  • 4+ years in traditional marketing, digital marketing and social media**

  1. Being an IBM mainframe computer guy, ever since they did away with mechanical keyboards, I get very frustrated. I have a very hard touch and I type 2 to 3 times faster on a mechanical keyboard.
